Is Radix permissioned or permissionless?

From its genesis, the Radix Public Network is, and always will be, permissionless. The Radix Foundation (or any other Radix entity) will never, at any time, have any ability to apply permissions to validators, the Radix Ledger, or network.

As a result, anyone across the world will always be free to use the network, participate in running Radix nodes, or stake XRD tokens to support Radix’s Delegated Proof of Stake system to enhance network security. This fully permissionless operation and access is key to the Radix network providing a truly decentralized platform for finance.
