A validator set is a collection of validator nodes that verify transactions and participate in consensus together. Consensus protocols such as those used on the Radix Public Network have rules in place that determine which nodes can join the validator set. On Radix, the constantly updated validator set selection is completely decentralized through Delegated Proof of Stake (PoS).
