Instabridge Transaction Statuses

When you have made a transaction in Instabridge you can view the transaction status in your conversion history. Below is a list of statuses you may see and what they mean:

“Completed” - Your transaction was successful and you should now have received your XRD in your Radix wallet.

“Waiting for Network Submission” - The transaction is still pending as it is waiting for confirmation on the blockchain.

“Requires Higher AML Tier” - Your transaction exceeded your AML tier limit at the time you made the transaction. Your funds are safe, but they have gone into holding. One of the team will reach out to you from support@instabridge.io to let you know what happens next. You will then receive a refund of your eXRD so you can try again once your AML tier has been upgraded. 

“Waiting on Admin Review” - Your transaction has been flagged for manually approval by one of our team. One of our team will manually review your transaction within 24 hours.

“Missing Destination Wallet” - There was no default Radix wallet address set in your Instapass account at the time you made the transaction. Therefore, Instabridge did not know the destination to send the XRD, your funds are safe but they are in holding. One of our team will reach out to you from support@instabridge.io to let you know what happens next. You will then receive a refund of your eXRD so you can try again once your default Radix wallet has been set.

“Manually Returned by Admin” - There was a problem with your transaction meaning it couldn’t be fulfilled. Your eXRD has been refunded to the Ethereum address from which it was sent.
