How to verify your Instapass account with Customer Support

If you need to get in touch with our customer support team at support@instapass.io, you may be asked to verify your account with us. This is to ensure that you are the owner of the account for security purposes.

Step 1: Make sure you email support@instapass.io from the email address that you used to sign up to Instapass with.

Step 2: Our support team will ask you to confirm the “support PIN” to verify that you are the owner of this account.

Step 3: Login to Instapass or refresh the page then click “Profile Settings”.

Step 4: Select Customer Support PIN.

Step 5: You will see a 6 digit PIN code, please email support@instapass.io to confirm this PIN code. Please note that the code will only be generated after you contact the support team.
