How Long Does Address Verification Take?

Address verification can take up to 48 hours, during periods of high volume it can take longer. We manually review all documents, even if an error has been flagged with it.

Documents which aren’t written in the Latin alphabet may have an error status, this is because the automated system has not been able to read them. Don’t worry though, one of our compliance team will manually review and translate the document.

If there is a problem with your address verification we will contact you from support@instapass.io to let you know.

Please note that your address documents will only be reviewed once you have passed ID verification.
